APPLE, BANANA AND ORANGE FRUIT SALAD

I am generally a fit and healthy person I try to exercise as much as I can, I sleep well and drink lots of water. However, most times I prefer to eat whatever I find tasty, even if I know it is unhealthy.

Today I decided to make a healthy fruit salad using sliced apples, two sliced bananas and two pealed oranges. I poured a bit of honey over the top to top it off, this gave a sweet flavor especially to the apple and banana which are more fresh. Honey does contain a lot of sugar and I would recommend not using it if you're worried about the amount of sugar it contains.
This fruit salad is quick and easy to make, as it only requires slicing an apples, banana and pealing oranges. It took me less than 10 minutes to make and it is healthy and won't add any extra calories.

    I want so hard to eat more healthy food, but then I see chocolates and I give up hahah :)

    1. I'm also trying really hard to eat healthy but as summer approaches all I want to do is eat ice cream loool and small dishes of fruit through out the day should kill those cravings. xx
